Where are the products manufactured?

This product is produced under strict quality control standards, ensuring you receive a premium product every time.

When will I receive my products?

All products are shipped out from our fulfillment center within 4-6 business days and on average it takes 1-5 business days to deliver your order. If things go smoothly, you place your order on Monday you should receive it by Friday the same week.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, we currently only ship to U.S. with plans of expanding Internationally soon!

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must occur before the product is confirmed and preparing to be shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number. Refer to shipping and refund policy on footer.

What's your refund policy?

In case you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment we will automatically ship out new product for you or issue a full refund. Refer to refund policy on footer of page. If you cancel a non subscription before the order is confirmed to ship you will be issued a full refund. Subscription items can be referred to in subscription policy in footer.

What's the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping in the US on all orders over $75. On average all order shipping costs are $4.5 to any state in the US. International shipping costs may vary.

Can I track my order?

Once you will make a purchase and your order will be confirmed, we will send out an order tracking link.

What is your subscription cancellation policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, it will not renew for the next period.

How long does it take to process a return/exchange

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received at our facility. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your return or exchange.

I haven’t had a confirmation email. What should I do?

Can I cancel or edit my order once it’s been placed?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping option, but standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days.

The carrier claims my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it?

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or nearby locations first. If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier or our customer service team for assistance.

What if I received an item in my order that was damaged?
