  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.


We implore you to check our size chart and confirm sizes before placing an order. Please note that we only allow returns when the item has a factory error from our end, e.g wrong size from what was ordered, wrong prints in production.

In cases where return services are needed due to an error from the customer, the customer will have to cover the cost of delivery and any extra charges that be incurred. If you are not satisfied with your purchase made through the EDGE website or one of our stockists, we are happy to let you know that you have an option to return an item within 7 days of delivery if it’s not matching your expectation (wrong/defective/damaged). Please note that items purchased as single or set (e.g. The Edge vape set with the pods) must be returned in full in order to be eligible for a swap. Partial refunds will not be offered. Please also note that, except where required by applicable law, gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Shipping fees and product(s) listed as Final Sale are non-refundable.

All orders can be returned in-store or online. If returning in-store, please provide our store ambassador with your order number at checkout. If you are not near an EDGE stockist and need to return your product(s) via mail, please follow the instructions below.
We ask you to ensure that the original or a copy of your invoice is included with your shipment.
